The platform is so user-friendly that our team picked it up right away and the support is outstanding. Anytime we have a question, they provide quick, helpful solutions.

Cons

Wish it had integration with the Delsol accounting software.

smooth versatile setup

Pros

We're in the middle of implementing it right now. The setup is going smoothly thanks to the help from support. A major advantage is its versatility. It offers different solutions that you can adapt to your specific needs as your business evolves.

Cons

There are still parts of the program we haven't used in depth. They seem a bit confusing at first glance but I'm sure it will all depend on how much we end up using them.

Fantastic support!!

Pros

Customer support is fantastic.. they're attentive to whatever you need at any moment. It's also very user-friendly, with simple, clear screens that are easy to understand even if you've never used the software before.

Cons

The visual design looks a bit like old-fashioned software but I know they're already working on a much more modern version that's up-to-date with today's visual standards. You can tell they're committed to continuous improvement and I really appreciate that.

complete construction management tool

Pros

BrickControl is a complete software for managing construction projects. Its features let you manage and control all your resources and collaborative work is a key part of it.

Cons

I'm still using it but I think the team needs to improve the interface for a better user experience.

Excellent real-time file sync

Pros

Real-time file syncing between users is excellent.

Cons

horrible customer service experience

Pros

It's simple and the template options make it easy to configure for your needs.

Cons

My experience with customer service has been horrible. When I call, instead of feeling helped, I end up feeling frustrated and annoyed. There's only one guy who actually understands the software and can properly explain how to fix my issues.

Accurate Budget Calculations and Simple

Pros

I'm really glad they offer a demo so you can see how everything works before committing. The software does exactly what it's supposed to do, tracking project expenses and timelines, and it does it well. It runs smoothly without any hiccups, which is exactly what you need when managing construction projects. The workspace features are solid too, especially the templates that save me tons of time, and having cloud backup gives me peace of mind knowing my work is secure.

Cons

The visual design looks outdated and unappealing, making it less enjoyable to work with. There's no built-in functionality for creating charts, reports, or presentations from budget data, which means I have to rely on external tools. Collaboration features are practically non-existent multiple team members can't work on the same document simultaneously. The command structure feels restrictive, and when dealing with complex or demanding budget projects, the available options are too basic to handle the workload effectively.

This helps me spot potential deviations that pop up in medium and large-scale projects so I can address them quickly and effectively. The platform makes my entire work team more efficient and creates smooth coordination between administrative staff and field teams. Plus, since it's cloud-based, we can share information from anywhere, which means I always have the data I need at my fingertips.

Cons

The mobile app is really heavy and eats up tons of storage space, which means I have to get my team phones with more memory, and that gets pricey for a small business like mine.
