“Good new choice for contractors”
Pros
It is just easy to use for takeoffs and mapping. It's efficient and honestly a real time-saver for people who use it daily. Estimating is simple and the document management side of it works great too. I like that it gives you three clear ways to handle takeoffs, measure, map and commit. It's also easy to learn especially since they provide tutorial videos that explain things straight to the point. They also give access to tons of material at a really affordable monthly price which makes it even better.
Cons
I think the design and layout could definitely be improved to make it easier to use but other than that everything else works just fine.

“One-stop solution for surveyors”
Pros
For me it was really easy to get started especially because they provide video tutorials for first-time users. It basically works across the whole process from pre-construction to post-construction. I've used it for estimating, costing and even project monitoring and it's been smooth all around.
Cons
The "Home" view honestly feels overwhelming at first. I think the layout could use some cleanup. Plus, you really need a large, high-resolution screen to make the most of it.

“Complete tool for project managers & contract admins”
Pros
I really like how the dashboard is laid out, everything I need for a project is right there in one window. It makes it super easy to pull up all the project details fast. I find it really effective when I'm working on preliminary cost estimates since it comes with cost breakdowns, material lists and assembly libraries built in. As an estimator, I can do onscreen take-offs and prepare quotes without much issue. It's also pretty solid for financial management with features like cashbook, purchase orders and progress claims. On top of that, it has the essential project and contract management tools, like checking contract documents, tracking project deliverables, managing daily tasks with scheduling tools and even handling project variations.
Cons
Even though it is pretty easy to learn, it still takes a while to fully get the hang of each module. I think they should add more detailed demo videos for every section to help new users. I personally like the dashboard-style home screen but I'd actually prefer a tab-based layout at the top for switching between modules. If they gave us the option to switch between the two, that would be great. Also, the dashboard colors feel a little too bright at first. When I use it on my laptop, it runs a bit slow sometimes and I think it's because the default layout loads too many components at once. On a high-resolution desktop monitor, it works better. I'd also really like to see the document library linked with cloud storage like OneDrive or Dropbox. A web-based version for remote access would also make it much more flexible.

“Handles estimating and construction tasks”
Pros
What I like most are the color-coded tabs and they're really easy to spot and set up. I also love how the software includes pricing for estimating and budgeting right out of the box. The quick snap take-off tools are simple to use and save and they even let you print take-off reports which makes it convenient to attach to a specific job or project. The whole take-off feature is smooth and beginner-friendly. Plus, they've got short video tutorials that are easy to find and straight to the point, so if I get stuck, I can quickly pick up what I need.
Cons
Wish they had built-in change order management and accounting integration. For a small business like mine, it's so much easier when everything is tied together in one software instead of juggling multiple tools. It would be great if they either expanded the features or partnered with an accounting platform so everything could come as a package at an affordable price. It would also make sense if they added RSMeans pricing access when you purchase the software, so there's a stronger built-in cost database.

“Not stable enough for general use”
Pros
The best part is that the software actually gives you a really generous trial, a whole year from when you install it. That's a lot of time to get comfortable with it and really see what it can do.
Cons
The installation was honestly a nightmare. It wouldn't move forward unless I kept monitoring and restarting it. When it finally did install, the program started giving prompts about missing components and those components failed to install too. Then the software itself wouldn't even restart. I tried reinstalling from the original download package but it took over two hours to download agai and then the .exe file wouldn't even launch.

“All the main project tools in one great platform”
Pros
It's good that it combines useful project management functions with built-in cost data, that's really practical. The interface is easy to use and I also found the training videos on their website really helpful. They give new users the guidance they need without making things complicated.
Cons
There isn't really any feature I can point to that I disliked about the software. It all worked as expected for me.

“Software made for cost and takeoff jobs”
Pros
The colored tabs are probably my favorite thing and everything you need is in one place. It's simple to export, price and share things directly with a client. It also helps me track and manage new contracts easily which saves me a lot of back-and-forth.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that the software doesn't run smoothly if I have other programs open at the same time. The resolution and takeoff quality are good but I think they could still be improved. Also, having too many tabs open on one screen can get a bit confusing.

“Comprehensive construction management program”
Pros
I like that it offers a full package of construction management tools. It covers all the important parts, from estimating and contracting to purchase orders and beyond. The built-in materials cost database is a huge plus too, since it makes everything faster and more accurate.
Cons
The takeoff features need more work. On my computer, the default resolution doesn't fit the screen properly and that makes it frustrating. On top of that, it tends to run pretty slow.

“Solid alternative to other estimation tools!”
Pros
What I appreciate the most is that it actually includes material prices. That saves me so much time since I don't have to keep searching for cost data elsewhere. It makes estimating a lot more efficient and straightforward.
Cons
The thing I like least about the software is the screen resolution but to be fair, it's not a huge deal. I just hope in the future they make it work smoothly across all screen sizes and resolutions.
