“Perfect for real estate project teams

Pros

The environment is great for collaboration and I love how easy it is to manage multiple projects at once.

Cons

Uploading files takes a few validation steps which isn't a big deal and actually helps prevent mistakes.

Pros

It gave me an easy-to-use platform that really improved my client's experience throughout their construction project. They love the daily photos, reports and internal file storage system. It's made our clients much happier since they can always see what's going on with their project. Need to check out some recent pictures? Just head over to Buildpeer.

Cons

It's still missing a cost tracking tool, plus a scheduling tool. This means I have to use something outside of Buildpeer which slows down my daily tasks and reduces efficiency.

“This tool works great

Pros

It has been a lifesaver for me. Everything I need for the project is in one place from the documents at the start of construction to the closing ones. Plus, there's a logbook of photos, plans and activity reports for the entire project. It's made managing the documents easy and I can easily refer back to the logbook whenever I have questions. I'm lucky to be one of the first to use this platform.

Cons

So far, we haven't had any bad experiences with the platform.

Honestly it's practical and way easier to use compared to other programs I've tried.

It would be great if files could be downloaded and viewed in DWG format.

“Great for tracking tasks

Pros

I really like how it integrates project information. Being able to see everyone's tasks and upload construction photos has made it so much easier to track progress. Uploading plans has been great too. The team is always quick to respond to any client needs or questions.

Cons

I can't send emails with the information or just share a link to the folder I want. They're working on updating this feature and once it's done, I think it'll make it much easier to exchange information with suppliers.

“User-friendly with mostly present modules

It's easy to use, the interface is friendly and it has all the work modules I need.

Cons

The notification system could use some improvements.
