Pros
The automated tracking and follow-up features really free up my time for other important tasks. Plus, if you're already using Procore, the setup is fast and smooth.
Cons
Setting things up takes longer if you're not already on Procore which can be a problem.

“Great tool with some limitations
Pros
I really appreciate having a modern, user-friendly way to track project closeout information instead of using Excel spreadsheets. While Excel works, we engineers tend to overcomplicate simple tasks with it. The notification system is fantastic and it eliminates the need for me to manually track emails in separate sheets or notebooks. What I find most valuable is how visible requirements and warranty issues are to everyone in our company, so we all know where things stand and who's responsible for next steps.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that there's no mobile app for general contractors and subcontractors. It would be awesome to report warranty issues or check project completion percentages directly from my phone. Lately, a few clients have had trouble accessing the website to download files or create accounts for reviewing closeout documents and it's definitely something that needs fixing.

“Best Project Management Tool
Pros
This tool has saved me so much time and really takes the pain out of closeouts. The Procore integration works easily and uploading documents whether I'm doing it or my subs are, happens quickly and without any issue. What I really appreciate is how well-organized the final package is, especially with the hyperlinked Table of Contents that makes navigation easy. The team behind it is always working to improve things and actually listens to what we need.
Cons
The notification emails feel spammy which makes a lot of subscribers hesitant to click on the upload links.

The integration with Procore works perfectly and makes my daily workflow much smoother. I really appreciate how interactive everything feels. I can go through features without constantly referring to help docs or getting stuck on confusing menus.
Cons
The sync functionality with Procore could be more flexible. It's a pain that you have to sync everything or nothing at all instead of just being able to pick specific data sets to sync.

It is easy to use, finding documents is also very simple even if you're not tech-savvy. The internal links make everything flow so naturally.
Cons
I wish there was an option to merge all the PDFs into a single document for delivery. While the current setup works well for me, some of our end users still prefer having everything in one PDF file.

Cons
The architects and engineers I work with have complained that it doesn't break down the O&M into specification sections like they need.

The close-out process used to be a real headache but this tool gives you a structured way to request, gather and deliver everything in a clean package. I love how it brings transparency to the team about where things stand in the close-out process. Plus, transferring everything to the client is easy.
Cons
It would be awesome if there was a way to transfer the directory from Procore. That would save so much time! The cover sheet and delivery package really need to be customizable too. What I'd love is the ability to condense certain closeout requirements into one file. For instance, we had over 1,000 concrete lab testing reports that the lab submitted. They all showed up on the cover page and it would be amazing to combine those into one file without having to remove them and resubmit everything. I also think it should create templates for things beyond just closeout like RFP submissions or requesting other documents. Being able to customize how you collect information would be a game changer.

Pros
The weekly reminder feature for subcontractors is amazing, completely automatic and saves me tons of time getting closeout documents. Everything stays organized once I export a project, with clean breakdowns that actually make sense.
Cons
The warranty feature is probably my biggest gripe. Subs and owners don't seem interested in using it for scheduling warranty work. They'd rather just call or email directly instead of using this as a communication tool.

The interface feels really friendly and doesn't take long to pick up. Everything stays organized for both us and our subcontractors, so we don't miss anything important anymore.
Cons
I can't really complain about much but if I had to mention something, I'd love to see an activity log for individual items. It'd be much easier to monitor submission timelines if there were updates tracked for each specific item.
