Pros

The project setup is pretty easy to use like a folder structure that makes sense if you're familiar with computers. I can either use the built-in templates or create my own from scratch. One of the best features is that I can copy the whole setup from previous projects and even choose which specific files to bring over automatically. Plus, with our company license, we have access to way more projects than we could ever actually need.

Honestly, I can't think of any major downsides to this tool.

I really like how it helps us with project management. The review module we've added gives everyone involved in each project a shared space to do reviews and it's been helpful. Anytime we need help, the support team is quick to respond and super helpful.

I'm disappointed that Issman hasn't been integrated into our construction project yet but I get that they're working on a solution.

It's great having all our project materials and tenders organized in one place. The interface is really easy and it's easy to find my way around. Customer support has also been top-notch every time I've reached out.

Plus, being able to keep the same user base from project to project is really convenient. Their support team has been really responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

The browser-based setup feels outdated compared to having an actual app. It takes way too many clicks to get my drawing up on mobile which just feels like unnecessary steps that slow everything down.
