Helps me focus on work

Pros

It really helps me cut down on errors, save time and keep track of all the important parts of my company. Once I integrated my information into the software, it honestly felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I don't have to remember everything by myself anymore.

Cons

Sometimes when I'm writing an activity note and want to copy the project at the top to paste it into the note, it ends up opening the project as soon as I let go of the mouse click, which is annoying. Also when I try to select a contact in a project, it takes a while before the contacts even show up. On top of that, the whole system slows down between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., which makes it harder to get work done.

Affordable and works Fast

Pros

I use it for project tracking, quick work and time reports and it saves us a ton of time.

Cons

Right now I actually have to hire a programmer just to connect the applications properly because I honestly don't really understand tokens and APIs myself. It's frustrating that I can't get this to work on my own without outside help.

Great for estimating and tracking projects

Pros

What I like is that all the features I need are in one piece of software, so I don't have to jump between different tools.

Cons

Making programming changes feels really complicated especially when it comes to adjusting or changing the formulations. It's not simple at all and just takes too much effort.

Ideal tool for specialists

Pros

Making and sending quotes is super easy which makes the whole process so much smoother.

Cons

What really bothers me is that I can't directly import a plan into c-cube. It doesn't have the take off functionality and that makes things harder than they should be.

I'm satisfied

Pros

Thanks to the submission templates, it's ultra fast and efficient to get quality, professional work done in just a fraction of the time.

Cons

A lot of my customers keep asking me if I can add a "PAID" mention on the invoice instead of it just showing a zero balance. I've already requested this feature and I really wish it would be added because it would make things a lot clearer for both me and my customers.

Completely reshaped my approach to business

Pros

I find it really easy to manage a project from start to finish by using this software and it keeps everything organized.

Cons

I don't like that I can't send work orders to my employees directly by email through the system. That would save a lot of time but right now I have to do it manually.

Delivers every time

Pros

Invoicing is simple to do and easy to understand which makes my life easier.

Cons

One issue I've noticed is that as soon as a submission is made, the invoice is generated but the date on the invoice ends up being the submission date, not the actual day I finalize the invoice. That doesn't work well for me.

I love it!

Pros

For me, it stands out for exceptional time saving and adding a professional touch to the way I work.

Cons

Some features just aren't customizable which can be annoying. For example, the template that pops up when sending a submission before the client even opens it can't be changed and it would be nice to have more flexibility there.

Essential tool for me

Pros

I save so much time using this all in one program. I mean from submissions and contract signing to time calculations, it's all included.

Cons

At the start, I had a hard time learning how to use everything. There was definitely a little learning curve but eventually I got used to it.

An absolute must have!

Pros

It really does cover everything. I save a lot of time across all aspects of my business because of it.

Cons

It takes a decent amount of time to really show and explain the platform but honestly the time spent is worth it because once people see it, they get the value of it.
