“Tool for docs and tasks
Pros
What I love is that I can have all the plans I need right on my smartphone and even use them offline. When I'm on-site, I can flag any unusual points directly to subcontractors which makes things so much faster. The location feature helps us clearly see what tasks need to be done, where and by when. The feedback system through tickets works way better than the old paper-based way we used to do it.
Cons
Document management definitely needs a lot of work. For example, when plans are updated, the orientation and scale should stay the same. If they don't, the locations end up wrong and you have to go back and fix them which is frustrating.

“Handy little tool
Pros
My favorite part is definitely the ticket function. The construction diary is another great feature since it helps me keep track of everything that's going on.
Cons
I don't think the construction schedule is really working as well as it should. It just feels incomplete.

“Easy way to track warranties
Pros
I like how simple and user-friendly it is. The exchange of information between project participants is fast and I always feel like I'm working with the most up-to-date details.
Cons
Customizing the letter templates to match our corporate identity doesn't always come out right, which is a bit of a pain.

“Feels like a lifesaver sometimes
Pros
It fits really well into project management for us. It's so easy to use that even new colleagues pick it up quickly without much training.
Cons
I integrated Capmo into Unternehmer and used it myself in the beginning but since I don't handle day-to-day operations, I only use it now and then. From what I hear from my employees, they haven't run into any major issues.

“Great choice for project handling
Pros
It's easy to use, has good reporting options and still has potential to grow. I also liked that when I asked, my trial was extended to 14 days with just one phone call. Customer service was quick to respond and very supportive even before I signed a contract.
Cons
Unfortunately after signing the contract, customer service really disappointed me. I had two cases where the support just wasn't good at all.

Pros
The features I use the most are the construction diary and the document manager, both make my daily work much easier.
Cons
Uploading images often takes way too long and exporting files is really time-consuming. That's been a big downside for me.

“Company takes advantage of tough situations

After my awful experiences with this company and their arrogant, dehumanizing way of doing business, I honestly don't even want to comment anymore.
Cons
The way this company treats long-term customers is just unacceptable. Honestly, I can only warn others not to do business with them. They might suddenly double your prices and the worst part is how little they actually value you and they won't even talk to you directly. All you get are faceless, impersonal messages, if you get anything at all.

Pros
It's very easy to use and the design is clean and clear, which I really appreciate.
Cons
The web app wastes too much screen space compared to the actual content shown and it's annoying that you can't resize it properly on desktop.

“Keeps getting better over time
Pros
I like that I can use it easily on both desktop and mobile. It saves me a huge amount of time and really cuts down on errors.
Cons
I think it would really help to have some kind of reporting function that covers things like work registration, approvals and cost entries.
