“Handy way to monitor projects

Pros

I use it every single day for site monitoring, and it makes the process so much easier. Creating daily reports used to take me a lot of time but now it's simple and quick. I can keep track of everything happening on the site without juggling different tools or paperwork.

Cons

The Gantt system management doesn't really work out for me. It feels clunky and not as successful as I'd expect it to be.

“Good quality but costs a lot

Pros

For me, the best part is how user friendly it is. The interface is clean, simple and really easy to use. I don't waste time figuring out where things are and that makes a huge difference when I'm working on a busy day. It just feels nice to use.

Cons

It's way too expensive and it doesn't even connect with our accounting or payroll system, which makes things harder for us.

Pros

I really like the way it handles foreman timesheets. I can break them down by project and even by activity which makes monitoring so much smoother. It gives me a clear picture of what's going on and I don't have to double check everything in spreadsheets anymore.

Cons

Pulling together summary reports by project is tricky. The way the reports are displayed makes it harder to get a clear view.

Pros

I use it to keep track of pretty much everything especially the hours worked by employees. It's really nice to have all that information organized and easy to access. Before, this kind of tracking felt like a chore but now it's much more simple.

Cons

Using the program on my phone is frustrating because everything looks way too small to work with comfortably.

The connection doesn't always hold up especially when I'm relying on Civalgo 100%. That's a real problem.

Managing employee time in real time is tough. I really wish there was a new app for better time tracking with live employees.
