“Easy Access and Secure Management Everywhere
Pros
What I really like is that I have comprehensive and mobile access to all the data and documents, whether I'm in the office on my PC or out on site using my phone or tablet through the app. The QR code direct link to systems, devices and documents makes things even smoother. It also has secure project management with VOB/BGB, including protocols and dunning, plus audit proof data storage. I can easily keep an overview of all the technical systems and maintenance tasks and I find it really helpful for managing technical objects like WP/PP, including defects and GWL.
Cons
I really don't have much to add, except that even when you're working together as development partners, it just takes time to come up with good ideas and new ways to improve and fine-tune the software. For me, that's not a downside and it actually shows that the approach is solid and sustainable which is exactly how we like to work.

“Great Support, Versatile Modules, and Fair Pricing
Pros
The support has been excellent and I really appreciate having personal contacts to reach out to. Itcovers alot of applications and always seems to have the right module for whatever use case we need. For us, the Orders & Budgets module is what we use most in our processes and it works really well. Another big plus for me is the pricing and it doesn't depend on the project volume which makes it much more manageable.
Cons
I'd like to see a few more features added but honestly, It's really agile with its development. They release new features regularly, so I know improvements are always on the way.
