“Essential if you work with sketchup
Pros
I really like how it streamlines my workflow from SketchUp to layout drawings and renderings and it helps me keep all my models organized efficiently.
Cons
I'd really like to see more tagging options and scenes added, along with a simpler way to modify styles within the scenes.

Pros
What stood out for me was how our employees could actually see and upload real time information and data straight to the server. That made things run much smoother.
Cons
When employees upload documents and pictures, sometimes only a few of them load or sometimes none at all, which gets frustrating.

Pros
The upload and download speeds are solid and I like that I can track who's seen a document and check its history. It's also really easy to add other people to the project whether they're in house or outside the company.
Cons
Since I handle a lot of projects, it would be great if I could pick which projects show up first in the dropdown instead of having to scroll through every single one.

“Amazing customer support
Pros
Customer service has honestly been one of the best experiences I've had. Shavonna is always happy to jump on a call, talk through issues, and even listen to new ideas. It has actually listened to our requests and adapted the software to make our experience better which has been amazing. I also love how the plan set organization works and it's so easy to flip between the CD set and addendums. Being able to markup and tie RFIs to the plan set keeps everyone on the project up to date with the most current info. Plus, having the ability to view a log, sort and complete RFIs and submittals in real time has been incredibly convenient.
Cons
Sometimes the software isn't consistent between the RFI and submittal process. It can also be slow when viewing large files and the zooming in and out on submittals and RFIs doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like.

“Love how it works
Pros
I find it pretty interactive right from the start. It really handles the basics of construction document management well, both in the office and out in the field.
Cons
The resolution on PDFs feels limited and I wish there was a "poke" feature to nudge team members when they're holding things up. Being able to email directly out of ConDoc would also be really useful.

Pros
I like how easy this program is to use and the customer service is quick and really helpful whenever I need support.
Cons
I wish I could change a job to "construction" without having to reach out to customer service. That would save me a lot of time.

I appreciate that it is really user friendly and does exactly what we need it to do, without throwing in a bunch of unnecessary extras.
Cons
Since it's not widely used by our owners or engineers, we end up having to introduce it to them and train them on how to use the program.

I think it's awesome to be able to work directly with the programmers and have them actually reach out to ask what they can do to make things better. They've been really helpful and open.
Cons
One of the big frustrations is not having the ability to create forms and checklists directly in the app. With so many employees using different phones, not all of them can use the uploaded fillable PDFs or Word docs we add. It's good to know they're working on adding the ability to create forms and checklists for each project but for now it's a problem.

Pros
Ilove the ease of access and it's very user friendly and intuitive. On top of that, their customer support is fast and responsive.
Cons

Pros
What I like the most is how easy it is to manage submittals and RFIs. It gives me one place to keep all my project related documents right at my fingertips.
Cons
I honestly can't find anything negative to say, It turned out to be exactly what we needed. It's simple and does the job.
