“Really enjoy using this program!
Pros
I find the app really easy to use and it's super user friendly. My team picked it up way quicker than any other software we've worked with before.
Cons
I think this is an excellent product. The only thing I've noticed and it's honestly such a minor issue, is with the paper size selection.

“Watch out for the sales pitch
Pros
I use it to track purchase orders against what we planned to spend and it makes monitoring that so much easier.
Cons
Setting it up takes forever which can be frustrating. The CIS module also isn't as good as what Sage 50 offers and I wish there was a way to block suppliers once their insurances expire.

Pros
For me, processing purchase orders is really simple and I love how well it integrates with Sage Accounts.
Cons
I feel like having more report options for projects would make things a lot better.

Pros
It covers everything my company needs to run projects and manage costs. I never feel like I'm missing any tools.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into faults when trying to link it to Xero.

“Simple and Time-Effective
Pros
I like how simple it is to use and the fact that it posts directly to Sage Accounts saves me a lot of time.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I'm pretty happy with the product overall.

“Awesome customer help and simple tool
Pros
The product feels pretty interactive overall and the support I got while integrating it was excellent. They really helped me get it set up smoothly.
Cons
There have been a few features that I thought would be really useful and when I reached out to support, they actually listened and passed them along to the development team. They even implemented some of them but one thing I'd love is the option to add an invoice to a purchase order even if it's already complete and for it to show up as a negative number if it goes over. That would give us a clearer way to track things without editing the original PO.

“Smarter way to work
Pros
I appreciate the planner because it gives me a clear view of where we are week by week and month by month. The engineers like it too since it helps them plan their work schedule and even figure out how it might affect their personal life, like whether they'll be done earlier or later.
Cons
Some of the job cards don't really fit the template well. The photos and descriptions can be tricky to read because sometimes it's hard to tell whether the text belongs to the picture above or the one below.

“My go to tool!
Pros
I like that it lets us import into Xero from JNC, which our old software couldn't handle.
Cons
I'd like the option to modify report files (MRT) so they can be emailed or printed. On the plus side, support has been really good in resolving issues and the onboarding with JNC went smoothly.

Pros
The portal is really user friendly and entering data feels smooth with the flexible fields. The videos are helpful and I've been impressed with the technical and customer support and they're first class. The asset management feature is also strong and reliable.
Cons
I don't really have any issues to report because the system feels very agile.
