“Great for post construction fixes and issues

Pros

It really helps me handle multiple projects and properties at once. With the amount of work we manage, the automation in the software makes a huge difference and it lets me issue reports, manage subcontractors and client expectations and send out work orders without any issue.

Cons

I really can't think of any issues since this software is critical for managing such a complex process.

What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use and how quickly it loads.

Cons

The only problem I had was that photo uploads used to take a long time but that issue has already been fixed.

I find it very user friendly and it works well for everyone, whether it's clients or site managers.

I feel like the layout could be a bit better in terms of how it looks.

Setting it up was quick and it's been easy to use for our Tempe construction team as well as the specialist consultants. Exporting reports has also been really simple.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. the tools it provides were perfect for handling our apartment projects.
