“Great for contract management

It is easy to use and very convenient. One feature we really value is being able to look back at past tender prices as it really helps us build more accurate budget estimates.

Some features are not as simple as I'd like.

One thing I noticed is that the load times for larger documents and picture uploads can be slow.

I really like that the system sends automatic notifications whenever any changes are made and I also like the ability to add shareholders.

Occasionally the system can be a bit laggy but these instances are rare.

Contract Complete has saved me a lot of time in managing bids and contracts throughout the project timeline. I can easily check the status of each project via the app. Overall the product is fantastic.

This product is pretty user-friendly. From setting up projects and adding line items to handling change orders and the PPC process everything is easy to edit and send out. Also it is really helpful in staying on top of projects and managing tenders efficiently while keeping our records organized and clean.

Cons

It is hard to pinpoint anything this software is missing. The team is always open to feedback and eager to make improvements. We recently made a suggestion and they incorporated it into their latest update. They are clearly committed to making their software the best it can be for their clients.

“Definitely recommend it to others

Pros

I used Contract Complete almost daily at my previous job. Once you get the hang of it the software is simple to use. Having contract documents easily accessible was extremely helpful when I needed to check something on-site. Once contractors got on board with the software the entire contract admin process became much more streamlined. Customer service was excellent too. And if we come across any bugs or issues they were always resolved very quickly.

Cons

It's been a few months since I last used it so some of these issues may have been addressed. The bid form and Excel integration had minor issues. Also it would be amazing if BlueBeam and Contract Complete could collaborate. Plus an easier way to share site photos and meeting minutes throughout construction would also be helpful.

Everything about it is great. It is easy to use and contractors are quickly adopting the technology. This is the one area that every other software company I come across overlooks. It is an essential tool for engineering firms.

Cons

There is nothing that I feel needs improvement except for the app experience which is being upgraded, so I am excited to see the new version.
