“Super happy with this product”
Pros
I'm totally happy with the product and the on call training AND it's been a really good experience. I like that I can connect it with my accounting package or I can just use the job cost analysis. Both options make it really handy for keeping things organized.
Cons
The only downside is the pricing which feels a bit too high for us small builders. I really think they should do something to reward the regular subscribers.

“Solid product and Good support”
Pros
I am new to it but I honestly think the integration with PlanSwift works really well for takeoffs. I'd definitely recommend checking out the Cordell TAB 1.1 because it's been really helpful for me.
Cons
If I had to point out something, it would be that moving items in bulk on the estimate could be a lot easier. It'd be nice if there was a simple way to shift things up and down without so much effort.
