“Best choice for our company”

Pros

I really like the vision behind this platform. The interface is easy to use while still covering all the key features needed for construction project management. What stands out for me is how it's built around BIM technology and it's definitely the future of productivity in our industry.

Cons

There's nothing that really stands out as a problem. overall, it's a solid product. I just wish the architecture was more open with better APIs that offer more features.

Pros

The ability to set up filters, track quantities and manage tasks together is a game changer. Everyone, whether off-site or in the office, stays in sync with shared information.

Cons

Everything feels scattered across the system. I've used Field Pro a lot but I'd really love to just pull out certain features from Box Pro without dealing with all the fragmentation.

Having most of our communication and controls in one app has been such a game-changer for our workflow.

I wish the app included economic features, as that perspective would make it a more complete and well-rounded platform

It allows us to set our own standards for boxes and fields, which has greatly reduced chaos when collecting data across the company.

Being an admin can get tedious. The setup is easy, but doing it again and again is boring.

The interface is really user-friendly. It almost feels like working with Excel which made the learning curve way easier for me.

The FM side feels neglected compared to the build features. I was hoping for better performance with FM at C level.

I can do so much with this platform in such an easy and simple way. The data we put into our models is incredibly easy to work with.

Unfortunately, you can’t manually combine the models, which is a major drawback.

I honestly can't think of anything major to complain about. Like any software, there's always room for improvement but they're actively working on it.

Nothing really bugs me about it. If I had to pick one thing, it'd be the map view always loads by default which can be annoying.

The way Dalux Box and Tender integrate is fantastic. I’ve noticed far fewer of those frustrating errors now. On top of that, the BIM engine is excellent and probably the best among Danish project platforms

Cons

The support team takes forever to get back to me when bugs pop up and fixing issues just takes way too long.

It has made managing projects way simpler and has really helped streamline my daily tasks.

I’m not certain about any downsides yet, but the handover process could definitely be smoother.

It feels inflexible at times which makes it hard to customize it to fit our needs.

What I love most is that everything's in one place, all the tools I need are right there which makes everything more efficient.

The biggest issue for me is that when problems pop up, getting help takes way too long. There are bugs that definitely need quicker support.

We're getting a little too dependent on this thing, I'd love better access controls for different areas based on user groups.

It can get overwhelming with all the options available. You really need to customize what shows up to avoid information overload.

I love how I can easily create checklists and tasks directly in the app. It's a total game-changer for anyone working on-site.

The admin side is manual and that gets frustrating. Editing Hold point checklists for ongoing projects can literally take weeks, especially when we have so many projects going on.
