Next Gear acquired MICA and Moisture Mapper over the past year, and I wish they were integrated so that the moisture mitigation applications were easily accessible from the platform.

The time it takes to load pictures, the complexity in finding information, and the unusual login process have bugs we've complained about, but they're still not fixed!

I like that there's a mobile platform for everyone to access. It's just challenging because it doesn't function properly.

This software is glitchy, and they don't inform you when a software update is released, so the app doesn't fix itself without uninstalling and reinstalling. They have equipment tracking but no easy way to track it, making it basically just a mobile inventory platform. When I try to upload photos and press sync, they disappear, as do notes. It's unreliable and time-consuming. Instead of fixing the old version, they replaced the mobile software with something worse. It's honestly not good at all.

Pros

Once I'm done using it, you have an impressive marketing and sales department that highlights the product's strengths, but in reality, it falls short.

Cons

It needs an overhaul. The poor way this program is written is unbelievable for today's standards.
