I find this system really easy to use and it keeps all our data safe while making sure everyone can get what they need, whenever they need it.

Cons

Understanding the document setup they create during installation can be tricky at first.

I really like how well-organized the email vault is, finding what I need is so much easier now. The search function works great and saves me so much time.

Outlook integration is annoying, the add-on disconnects more often than I'd like. Managing this system requires too much administrative effort which eats into productive time.

The interface is outdated and isn't easy to use. There's no clear guidance on how to navigate or use different features which makes it frustrating. Some functionality feels behind too, like the lack of a 3D document viewer, even for standard formats like IFC files.

Sometimes I need data from different locations or info centers but there's no way to combine everything into a single report.

I really like how this system puts all our project docs and correspondence in one place for the whole team. The document organization is solid and having version history and searchable keywords makes it so much easier for our field teams to find specific drawings. The customizable features are a bonus, as they let us adapt the platform to how we work. Plus, the automated data searches have saved us from having to build reports manually. The action and subscription tools have really cut down on the email clutter.

Cons

It's tough to figure out without spending a fortune on consultants. The learning resources are very basic and don't have enough video tutorials to show you what's possible. The security setup is way more complicated than it needs to be and could really use some simplification. Like any tech platform, it has glitches and connection problems especially when working remotely.

The admin controls can be hard to find sometimes and confusing. But I think they've fixed most of these issues in newer versions.

It has become essential for our small architecture firm and it's basically our go-to for everything project-related, from files to financials. We get accurate insights into how our projects are doing financially which is a game-changer. The interface is user friendly so most of our team gets the hang of it without much training. I love that the platform keeps improving to meet our needs.

Cons

Some parts feel outdated and rigid which makes it tough to get everyone on board when they don't see the immediate value. But the outdated components are slowly being updated in newer versions, so I'm not too worried about it long-term.

Getting through to customer support is a real issue and even when you finally connect, figuring out what's actually happening with your issue feels like solving a puzzle.
