Pros

One of the biggest advantages of the app is that all employees, whether they're using the mobile or web version, can save and access all documents on a single platform. This is a crucial feature especially when it comes to managing everything on a construction site. Having everything in one place makes coordination so much easier.

Cons

Unfortunately, I've noticed there are often long loading times and sometimes there are outages. It can be frustrating especially when you're in a hurry but it's something I've learned to work around.

Pros

I like the daily updates that go out to the responsible person, letting them know which documents were created or added for each project the previous day. It helps keep everyone in the loop and ensures that no important documents slip through the cracks.

Cons

There are times when photos in certain documents just don't display properly. It's a little inconvenient especially when I need to refer to them but it doesn't happen all the time.

Pros

I really appreciate the real-time data, document storage and checklists. Plus, the pre-planning board is super useful. I also love that new features are constantly being added which keeps things fresh and helps us stay ahead.

Cons

The updates can sometimes be delayed and they don't always fix every bug completely. But then again, where does that not happen, right? It's still a minor issue overall.

Cons

Some issues take a really long time to fix, or sometimes it feels like they're not considered important enough to address quickly. It can be a bit annoying but I get that not everything can be prioritized at once.
