Pros

I bet anyone would find the modules in the eCMS overwhelming, but trust me, it is straightforward to use and understand. All the menus are systematically arranged and ordered. My team depends on the data import suite and the recently reimagined Content Management module, which I prefer. These features have been crucial in assisting us in achieving our aim of going as paperless as possible.

Cons

Ive been using eCMS for more than ten years. Over time, there have been valuable updates, but it almost always came with a cost. For example, something always "broke" while they tried to fix something else. However, these kinds of instances are now much less common.
