“Smooth, paperless transition

Pros

I bet anyone would find the modules in the eCMS overwhelming, but trust me, it is straightforward to use and understand. All the menus are systematically arranged and ordered. My team depends on the data import suite and the recently reimagined Content Management module, which I prefer. These features have been crucial in assisting us in achieving our aim of going as paperless as possible.

Cons

I have been using eCMS for more than ten years. Over time, there have been several valuable updates, but they often came at a cost. For instance, something would almost always "break" while they were trying to fix something else. However, these instances have become much less frequent now.
