“The magic of using Edificius.
Pros
The software has greatly benefited the company in terms of project presentation and construction development. I would definitely recommend it to all professionals working in the construction field.
Cons
There's just one minor issue: initially, I could share the use of the tool on any computer, anywhere in the world, with freelancers engaged in these activities.

“An Excellent BIM Program for Architects
Pros
Using a single piece of software for various aspects of my project, from drawings to perspective walkthroughs, allows me to present my offers and BoQ in a highly professional manner. The MEP design features intelligent objects that automatically connect and offer the ability to model piping and ducts in 3D, even with substantial workloads. With Edificius software, I can design buildings using robust tools and stay updated with the latest regulations and technologies. The RTBIM window and program interface are clear and intuitive.
Cons
I have two issues with the software: 1) There aren't enough shortcuts, and 2) I can't share my models directly on the cloud.

“Lack of options in object modeling
Pros
The simplicity with which a medium-term project is developed is impressive.
Cons
The software lacks options for object functions, especially for vertical envelopes. In Ecuador, a project is developed with pre-designed pillars, and at corner joints, the walls merge without an option to prevent this, unlike Revit. In Edificius, the walls intersect with the pillar, which looks unappealing. It could be improved by adding a dark width to the pillars, but that's not a complete solution. It also needs intersection or extension commands similar to AutoCAD, which are essential. Otherwise, it's quite good.

“Good for small home and condominium
Pros
Edificius is simple to use for small and medium buildings; however, it can be a bit more complex for larger ones. But as mentioned, it is quick and easy for small and medium-sized projects.
Cons
It's tricky to use non-standard parts, but working with libraries goes smoothly.

“I just feel more and more like a beta tester!
Pros
There are numerous smart objects and options available to assist with the design process. Real-time rendering provides quick presentations.
Cons
There are some bugs and overlooked options that can ruin the experience. Plus, when the smart objects run out, I have to improvise.
