“Top app for surveys and quizzes

Pros

It was a lifesaver for me during the online teaching phase last year. It made everything so much easier.

Cons

You can add more options to the questions which makes creating online quizzes easier.

“eForms mobile app is a lifesaver

I can't get enough of how easy eForms is to use. Being able to create forms on the go and access them from my iPad is just fantastic.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like about the eForms mobile app was that it was tricky to figure out at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's actually really simple.

“An app that saves time

Pros

I don't have to turn in paper copies of daily work to the office anymore. It's all done through the app now.

Cons

Like all electronic devices, sometimes you need to wait or get into a better service area to use it. But I've noticed it's improving over time.

“So far portable software

Pros

There are so many good things about this software. It's easy to use, it's very dynamic and the best part is that it works completely offline and on any device. That's a game-changer.

Cons

It takes quite some time to set up at first but once you get a set of forms ready, it moves a lot quicker.

“Less paper, more efficiency

The fact that it can be customized to exactly what we need is a huge plus. It really adapts to our workflow.

Cons

The syncing time can be a bit slow (maybe because of our internet connection). Some forms are a little annoying to fill out, like when you have to switch between the tab, enter and arrow keys. But I'm still getting used to it, so this could just be me.

It's simple for basic tasks. It gets the job done without overcomplicating things.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't work properly. I'll enter my time for the day, but it doesn't always save. I have to go back, reopen the system and then it logs my last entry. Not sure why that happens.

I love how easy it is to use especially when it comes to making changes or sending out schedules from both my computer or phone. It's just so convenient!

I enjoy being able to do more work from anywhere especially when i can get stuff done from my phone or iPad. Plus, it's customizable to suit our needs, which is amazing.

It's constantly being developed which is great but also means things are always changing to better meet our needs.

It's really user-friendly and whenever I need help, their customer service is quick, polite and very helpful.

“Perfect fit for our team

It has been a real game-changer for me. It connects the field and office in real time, so data is instantly available for managing job sites, billing, extra work, safety briefings and pretty much anything else we need. It's got tons of customization options too. Payroll gets sent straight to the office every day and it syncs with our accounting software. If you've got someone tech-savvy in your team, they can really get eForms to work wonders for you but if not, their support team is always there to help. There's no limit to what it can do!

Cons

One challenge we've had is getting some employees to use this tool. At first, they weren't too keen on it but once they got the hang of it, they realized it's actually way easier than they thought.

“A smooth, paperless process

Pros

The best part? All the papers I used to deal with are now on the app. I didn't realize how much paper I was using until it was gone. My desk is so much cleaner and knowing we're saving paper is a nice plus for the environment.

Cons

The biggest issue for me is that there's no 'dark mode.' I'm a big fan of apps with dark themes and I know they're working on it but it's still not available.

As the business grows and things change, I can tweak eForms to fit new opportunities. That level of flexibility is really important.

Cons

There are some things I want the program to do that it just can't, probably because of the operating system or program language.

“Overall quick and good tool

Pros

I really like how, as soon as I start typing, it gives me multiple options right away. It makes entering data so much quicker and saves me a ton of time.

Cons

I really wish we could upload our benefits forms. It'd be great if new hires could complete their benefits forms along with all the other new hire documents in one go.
