Customer support takes forever to respond and they don't always explain things clearly. Plus, it's pretty pricey compared to other options out there.

The interface could definitely be more user-friendly and it's not the easiest platform to navigate. When I need help, the support team takes forever to respond and when they finally do, they're not very helpful. For the price I feel like there are better options out there that give you more value.

It doesn't have enough features for users and can't keep up with what bigger companies need. The energy management tools just aren't helpful for what we do. The interface is pretty hard to use, making everything take way longer than it should.

The support team takes way too long to get back to me. They really need to work on their response times. Oh and the pricing could definitely be lower.

The interface is simple and doesn't take much time to get used to.

The KPI controls are very confusing and take some time to figure out. Also, response times get slow when lots of people are using it at once which is frustrating when I need to get things done quickly.
