Highly functional system

Pros

I really love how I can quickly see who's on-site with just a click. The feature that lets me send out an alert to everyone in case of an emergency is also a huge plus.

Cons

I'm excited to receive more training to get a better understanding of all the functions available.

Exceeded all expectations

Pros

The app runs smoothly and the customer support is top-notch. It's really easy to integrate for my clients and I'm happy with the extra features they added based on my requests. EVA Check-In Kiosk has been great!

Cons

The only issue I've had was needing to reinstall the app after an update but the customer service team was fantastic. They helped me with my remote sites and everything was fixed the same morning I reached out.

Ideal for smooth integrations

Pros

We built a SharePoint management system using the webhooks from EVA. That was the key part to getting everything to work exactly how we needed it.

Cons

Some features we wanted built directly into EVA but we were able to add them into SharePoint ourselves.

Solid support and development team

Pros

It is solid software but what really stands out to me is their support and development team. I've been in touch with them since we bought the app and they're friendly and open to new ideas. They really care about customer feedback.

Cons

I don't have anything to add here. The EVA team also handled my wish list this past year which was great.

Super simple to use

Pros

This tool makes it easy to know who's on-site at any time. It's really user-friendly for our subcontractors who sign in daily and the ability to check past activity logs is incredibly helpful.

Cons

I haven't had any issues using EVA so far.

Recording player attendance is easy with EVA

Pros

It's so easy to use both for checking in and from the admin side. The system even remembers me when I return, so I don't have to keep entering my data. The back end is simple to use and set up as well.

Cons

When non-iPhone users first tried it, they had to download a QR scan app because the phone's camera wouldn't scan the code. Once that was sorted, it was easy to use.

The QR code feature makes it very easy for me to log in with my iPhone.

Cons

While it's easy to log in with my phone, the QR code didn't save user details which was an issue. It would have been great if users could input their details once and then just scan the code to check in each time without re-entering everything. This was the main reason we didn't continue with the software.

Pros

Access is easy and it's simple to guide people on how to use it. I also liked that we could sign people out too.

Cons

Nothing to report. It was easy to guide people and use. One small thing that comes to mind is that it would be better if you could select a language for people who don't speak English so they can understand it better.

Amazing check-in and reporting service

Pros

Checking in is smooth and the reporting system is great for keeping track of who's been at the facility. You can also set up different check-in zones at the same site.
