After years of usage, I can safely recommend Fastduct to construction professionals. The feature I use the most would be the recap sheet to create quick change-out bids for service and construction. I have been able to develop incredibly accurate proposals and take-offs. Once Ive established my parameters, its surprisingly enjoyable and straightforward for me to submit bid after bid, place myself among all my rivals, and win 80% of my auctions.

Cons

Building up your export file to submit to a vendor for pricing can be a bit stressful. It is mainly because the vendor doesnt need all the specifics since they also use software to add the details. Therefore, you must modify it before sending it.
