“Offers Fast Reporting

Cloning features makes reporting a lot quicker and easier saving my time.

Cons

It could definitely use more forms like a density form for data.

“Really Disappointing, Stay away from it!

Nothing good. I feel like I'm wasting my time dealing with this glitchy tool that doesn't work as it should.

It's really slow to respond and it doesn't sync media files properly. Sometimes, it even tries to sync everyone's data as if it's mine.

I love how useful the features are. It's great for keeping track of projects and managing everything in one place.

Having a physical reference manual would be really helpful.

“Decent despite bad customer service

Pros

Being able to generate reports on-site is a game changer. I used to hate trying to remember what I did the day before when creating reports.

Customer service is terrible. I can never get a response to my emails or phone calls when I need help with something.

Pros

I can use it on my iPad in the truck, even in the field. It's super easy to learn and use.

Cons

Transferring data, photos and reports to other storage locations is a bit difficult.

“Effective database for tracking

Pros

It gives us a dependable and effective database for tracking our inspection observations on the project. We can share real time updates with people who can't be on site and it also keeps a secure record that can be shared outside the platform in PDF format.

Cons

I'm just not a fan of using Apple products but unfortunately, that's the platform we have to use the software on.

“It's an essential tool for us

Pros

This software is great for field use and tracking. The support team is amazing and always there to help when I need it.

Cons

Few features have some issues. I check the dashboard often but it still hasn't caught up to the baseline status.

“Perfect for New Inspectors to Get Started

Pros

I really appreciate how simple it is. It's userfriendly and mostly self explanatory. When new inspectors join, it's easy to get them started.

Cons

The biggest problem we've had is getting Fieldbook to work with Tollway's software of e-builder. The developers are working on fixing the integration issues.

“Awesome tracking features

Pros

We find it super convenient especially after a bit of training. Having basic knowledge of IOS functions helps but most people find it really easy to get the hang of. The mobility and tracking features are awesome and it made inspections and reporting so much easier.

Cons

I found that granting permissions and allowing users to change or edit certain parts of the software was way too easy. It should be limited to administrators. Plus, adding tags without control made the search and dropdown boxes a bit messy when looking for tags.

“Makes inspection an easy task

Pros

It makes everyday inspections so much easier. I can do everything in one place without any issue.

Cons

There are still some glitches here and there but it's really close to being perfect with just a few small changes needed.
