Pros
The customer support is amazing! Anytime I need help with a project or have any admin questions, they're always there to assist. The platform itself is easy to use which is a big plus.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is having to manage multiple logins instead of just one master account that gives me access to everything. Switching between different credentials to view all my projects gets really tedious.

The setup for FinishLine was smooth and they took care of everything so I could start using all the out-of-the-box features right away. Whenever I reached out for support, I actually spoke with real people instead of dealing with chatbots or automated emails. The inspection and deficiency input process is fast and easy to learn. What impressed me most was how the default inputs almost perfectly matched our requirements from day one, plus they're really customizable, not locked down. The reporting capabilities and collaboration tools are top-notch. I can quickly generate PDF reports for my team and even upload them directly to Procore, making our workflow so much smoother. All things considered, the pricing is really fair and offers great value for what you get.
Cons
The admin side can feel pretty overwhelming at first but we figured out pretty quickly that it's easier to just reach out to support for help rather than trying to figure everything out on our own.
