I really like how I can keep an eye on all the contractors across every site without any issue. It's easy to get to the site documents while I'm actually on site, which makes things so much smoother.

Cons

The old portal's confusing to use, honestly I never know which button does what, and it just doesn't feel very interactive. But I've heard the new one is way better, so I'm pretty excited for that to roll out!

Pros

Checking into the site and doing inductions has become very smooth The interface is really easy to understand and it's completely cut down on all the annoying paperwork we used to have to do.

So far, I haven't had any issues with the product. Everything's been working smoothly on my end.

It's so easy to use! We don't have to fill out those paper forms every time someone visits which saves a lot of time. Plus, finding files and records when we need to audit stuff is way easier now. The automatic sign in is a huge bonus for our team coming in every day.

Pros

Setting up the induction docs for sites is simple. It's easy to use and I can instantly tell who's working on which site. It's especially useful when I'm managing sites that are far apart and it keeps me aware of who's on site without physically being there.

Cons

When the app has issues, it can take a while to troubleshoot and that ends up cutting into the time contractors are supposed to be spending on site. It'd be great if those bugs could get ironed out a bit faster.

I find it really user friendly and it's packed with features that help us stay on top of our health and safety compliance. The Forsite team has been amazing with their support and they're always helpful, quick to respond and friendly. They've rolled out features that really suit the complex needs of our large organization.

I've been using It for over six months now and honestly, I can't fault it or the team behind it. Everything's been spot on.

Once everything's set up, it's seriously easy for my contractors to jump in and start using it. The Customer Support team is absolutely top-notch and helpful every time I've needed them.

Sometimes the system checks people out while they're still onsite and it seems to depend on their phone model. Bit of a pain when that happens.

The Activity Feed is awesome. It gives me a clear picture of who's checked into the properties and lets me know right away if someone hasn't done their induction. That visibility is very helpful.

It can be tricky getting new contractors set up on the software, some initial issues pop up at the start. But once they've got it sorted within their own company, it works really well. I've found their Customer Service team to be very helpful and quick whenever any issues do come up.

It's simple and the customer service is great. Our rep is amazing and quick at sorting out any issues. The team keeps adding new features which helps us manage our big contractor list better. I've looked at a bunch of other apps and honestly, I'd rate It as number one.

There are a few little frustrations like not being able to easily add or remove service providers or contractors. But the team's working on it and I'm confident it'll get better as the app evolves.

The interface is really well designed, looks good and works great. I love the dashboard and it gives me a quick snapshot of where all the contractors are at any given time. I also appreciate the alerts when someone doesn't check in properly, it helps me stay on top of things.

It'd be great if contractors could induct themselves into a property when they arrive onsite. I've heard this feature might be coming soon and I think it'll be a really solid improvement.
