“Glad we made the move to BluVue

Pros

Every time something goes wrong, the BluVue team jumps on it fast and figures out a solution. Their customer service has been awesome, very responsive and helpful.

Cons

The whole master vs. personal setting on user profiles can be very confusing. Some of our team members don't even realize their notes aren't visible to others unless they manually switch the setting. It would be great if that was more obvious.

“Love the convenience of having all projects on my phone

Pros

I like having all my projects right on my phone. It's very handy to pull up plans quickly when I'm on a job site or doing a walk through. I also bring all my plans to coordination meetings now and it's made it way easier to keep track of notes, answer questions and make changes on the fly.

Cons

Once I calibrate a measurement on one sheet, I wish that setting would carry over to the rest of the sheets automatically. Would save a lot of time.

“Works well for our field crew

Pros

I really like being able to track all the revisions and export files easily. The crew out in the field especially loves being able to attach photos and share them with everyone and it makes things way smoother.

Cons

When we first started using the app, we were told we'd be able to archive projects and keep all the info but right now I only see an option to delete. I also wish I could just attach files directly without needing to link them to specific pages for my crew to see.

“Boosts efficiency & keeps things moving

Pros

One of the best things for me is being able to work remotely. It just makes life easier when I can get stuff done without being tied to the office.

Cons

There are a few features I'd really love to see added in the future. It's good as is but I think there's still room to grow.

“Top choice for field use

Pros

It's very easy to use. I've got multiple projects on there and it's been great for laying out things like parking lots. The dashboard saves me from having to dig through a bunch of pages. I can also attach pictures to show people where utilities are and how the finished product looks, that's been a huge help.

Cons

No complaints from me. Everything's been working fine.

“Great for tracking pothole issues

Pros

This software is excellent. We use it to document utility pothole data and I love that we can mark locations right on the plan sheets and include project photos that clearly show where the potholes are.

Cons

Honestly, nothing bad to say here. It does what I need it to do.

“Easy to use, but crashes occasionally

Pros

I use this every day and I find it really easy to work with. Any problems I've had have either been fixed already or are in the process of getting fixed. Overall, it's a solid tool that gets the job done.

Cons

The app crashes every now and then which can be annoying. Doesn't happen all the time but still something to watch out for.

“Great potential but still some bugs to fix

Pros

There are still some bugs to work out but I'm not giving up on it. I think once everything gets smoothed out, it's going to be a really great tool.

Cons

It gets the job done for me but I'd say it's a pretty average tool overall. Nothing amazing but not bad either.

“Good features for the price but struggles with large projects

Pros

For the price, it's got a lot of great features. Definitely feels like I'm getting good value out of it.

Cons

Trying to set up large projects all at once can get a bit finicky. Sometimes it struggles when handling a lot of stuff at the same time.
