“Innovative product with exceptional support

It has up to date technology. A really powerful platform. Plus the team is really helpful during the setup process.

Cons

The documentation could definitely use some work, the platform isn't as flexible and scalable as I'd like and right now, there are no Procure APIs available.

“Fast, Interactive, and Easy to Use

Pros

Higharc stands out for its interactivity, organization and ease of use. The way it's organized makes it easy to learn and find the right settings. Once I got the hang of how the CDM and studio files worked, it made designing faster and simpler. Plus, switching between studio files is so simple thanks to the quick loading times.

Cons

I haven't fully explored Higharc yet, but when working from home, my browser lagged quite a bit, which made it tough to focus. I also wish there was a way to adjust the interior dimensions layer setting by endpoints or something, instead of it being fixed

“A software with outstanding abilities

Pros

With the help of this tool its super easy for potential customers to choose options on our website. It's a simple, smooth process.

Cons

Not very helpful with shear walls or header sizes.

“I enjoy learning and using Higharc

Pros

Drawing floorplans is fast and easy. What I really like is that it's more than just a plan, it's a whole new way to design and build homes with features like procure, studio and the ability to generate a bill of materials.

Cons

It takes some time to get used to it and I still have a lot to figure out, but I know it'll make sense with time.

“Amazing app to work with

Their custome suppoer has been the most helpful part of the whole experience. I've used a lot of 3-D software before and while they all have their pros and cons, what sets Higharc apart is their quick response and willingness to help solve any problems that pop up.

Cons

Would love to have more control over customizing the user interface like we can do in AutoCAD and other programs. We are still new to it so its our only suggestion.

The team has been amazing in getting this platform up and running. Everything has been well organized and they're very professional and well trained.

Pros

The ability to offer structural options to customers in such a visual way is great. Plus, it allows for dynamic pricing based on what customers select. On top of that, the Higharc team is awesome to work with and genuinely cares about providing solutions that meet customer needs.

Cons

It's still a work in progress and doesn't have the years of development that something like AutoCAD or Revit has. They're making progress but there are still many gaps and things to improve to catch up to the older platforms. However, the advantages of this platform definitely outweigh its weaknesses. Plus, they're constantly updating it, adding features and fixing issues every week.

“Checking all boxes so far

Pros

Contrary to our past experiences with new tech rollouts, the Higharc team has been excellent at communicating timelines and actually sticking to them. With their help, we're on track for the fastest community launch we've ever had. We just saw our first configurable model and we're really excited about its marketing potential.

Cons

Nothing to complain about so far. We're still early in our journey with it but I'm feeling very positive about it.

Its ability to integrate different parts of the business into one smooth process is incredibly exciting. Construction has always been slow to embrace modern tech but this software has the potential to change how homes are sold and built. They've set the stage for something truly innovative and efficient.

Cons

The takeoffs aren't very strong and the client management is lacking. Also there's no clear guidance for the processes.
