“Perfect for boosting sales

Pros

It has proven quite impactful as the 3D rendering and quick AI designs that we share with homeowners during the first visit were quite amazing and they liked it.

Cons

There are still a few glitches here and there but this is something that I expected in the early stages of development so it's all totally understandable.

“You will be impressed by this

Pros

I love how we can create impressive visualizations for clients which eventually makes it easy for us to set clear expectations on both sides. Plus the ability to show them design ideas instantly has that WOW factor which has helped us close many more deals.

Cons

One thing I wish for is more customization options on the spot like being able to choose whether to keep or change the landscape per job. Also it would be great to use inspiration photos to help fine tune the design.

“Amazing tool

Pros

It is really easy to use whether you are a professional or a homeowner. Plus the design features are great for sales as they provide an accurate preview to me of what the final product will look like.

Cons

My only small complaint would be the turn around times for reports at times but honestly, that is just me being a bit picky.

“Gets the job done

Pros

Being able to quickly generate new estimates and place material orders is something that I love as it has made my job simple and stress free.

Cons

Having to refresh the page a few times to download labor and material lists is something that annoys me a lot. Everything else is fine.

“The top 3D platform

The ability to create 3D models of clients is something that has benefited us a lot as a company.

I wish Hover included all of the products we use.

Pros

Upselling with AI in the home is a great feature as it allows me to easily suggest additional products even when I am only scheduled to sell one.

Cons

It would be awesome to integrate our door vendor so homeowners can see exactly what the door will look like.

“The company and its products are top-notch

Pros

It really helps relieve our clients concerns about how their home will look after the work is completed. Plus accurate measurements and a material list make the ordering and pricing process so much smoother.

Cons

I will love it more if it allows me to see more options for front doors like the ability to switch a triple window unit to a 3 lite slider or a picture window.

“A must-have for our workflow

Pros

Hover is hands down the best software for roof and exterior measurements. It beats all the other options I have considered or tried before. Plus its 3D modeling and accuracy are the things that makes it our go to tool for takeoffs.

Cons

There is really not much to complain about. However if you have limited access to take photos around the property let me tell you that it might not be the best option.

What I love most about this product is the ability to view plans and measurements in 3D.

No complaints at all as I simply love how easy the product was to use and the price was pretty great too.

With Hover I can always complete both exterior and interior estimates, no matter what the weather is like. What more can you ask for?

I honestly do not have any cons to share. Once I get the hang of it I was able to easily work with townhouses and duplexes without any problems.

“Leading the way in 3D modeling

Pros

The 3D modeling is very easy to use and the accuracy is excellent. Overall it is the perfect tool for our clients.

There is really nothing we dislike.

Pros

Well the renderings are really helpful for sales tools as they make explaining the project much easier for me.

Cons

The one and the most major downside is the possibility of human error which can cause calculations to be slightly off in either direction.

“Use it for all our project estimating needs

Pros

When we cannot meet in person, we can still request a report online or have it emailed. Plus the 3D renderings and measurements are a huge help for us mainly for the areas that would be tricky to estimate from 2D drawings or site visits. The material estimates also allow us to compare our own calculations.

Cons

We have come across a few instances about 5% of the reports we have ordered over the past year where measurements were quite inaccurate like walls being reported 10 to 15 feet shorter than they should have been. This is something that has made us double check the results.

Pros

I have never had any issues with this tool. All my orders have been accurate and fast and it's so easy to use like I took no training to get started in my company.

Cons

The price is a bit high and I feel like it could be better for some of the additional features they offer.

Pros

It helps a lot in reducing material waste in both commercial and residential exterior remodeling projects. Plus accurate measurements save us money by minimizing unnecessary material costs.

Cons

Hover is designed really well and works great for what we need. Having realistic 3D images along with drawings makes our bid proposals way more accurate. In short no complaints.

“Easy to customize

Pros

Hover is an online tool that turns 8 different angle photos of a building into a 3D model. We can also customize the design of the roof and walls. Also it is great for managing portfolios and labor. I highly recommend trying it to create a 3D model of your house.

Cons

It is the best 3D modeling tool but I will like it even more if they make improvements in the transformation feature to make it more stable.
