“Decent software but can be better

Pros

I really appreciate the application monitoring capabilities and how clean the interface looks. Getting real time data is useful and having up to a year of retention gives me plenty of historical context. The KPI level monitoring for apps is definitely a standout feature that sets this apart.

Cons

The cumulative number population doesn't work and you cant create multiple alerts with the same syntax or modify application level alerts when you want to break them down by pod.
