The biggest limitation is the lack of APIs. Because of that, it can't integrate with other industry-standard tools like SAP, Microsoft O365 or G Suite applications.

Working with people both inside and outside the office has been fantastic with this software. We can pull up files from anywhere as long as we have internet access. Since we run a law office, there are times during meetings when we urgently need a document and this system helps us locate it within seconds. It has honestly been a miracle for our business.

At first, we were very hesitant about using a cloud-based system because we manage confidential and important documents for more than 1,000 clients in our law office. The ISETIA team explained clearly that their cloud servers are actually more secure than keeping data on individual office computers. If one of our lawyers had a PC stolen, all of that information could be lost or exposed but with ISETIA everything is stored safely in a secure cloud server. It has made our work much simpler. We now archive all documents and case history in one place, plan and track tasks through the system and the expense module helps us record every client cost in a centralized way.

Pros

The interface is simple, the implementation happened very quickly and the local support has been excellent. On top of that, the pricing is very affordable.

Every software has its own strengths and trade-offs and getting a solution that matches customer needs 100% is never simple. Since we have experience implementing software, we can say the value we received from ISETIA fully justifies the investment. We are completely satisfied and honestly have not seen any real weak points. In fact, we have gained more than what we put in.

It works really well for presenting our company profile especially with the organizational structure already built into it.

The filing system and project management features are also very well done and have been a strong part of the overall experience.

The BIM support, along with contract management and portfolio management, has been very valuable for us. Since it's cloud-based, there's nothing to install and we can access it anytime from anywhere. We're also able to give customers direct access and they can start using it right away without needing any training.

It would be even better if ISETIA Software also offered a desktop version that could be used without an internet connection.
