Being able to quickly and easily move around lean trains or components is a huge win for me. It just saves so much time and effort.

I get that every startup has some growing pains. What really matters is how they handle user feedback. At Koppla, they're pretty open to ideas as long as they help all users. Maybe they could even offer customized platforms tailored to specific companies needs?

Pros

With koppla, we can whip up a construction schedule in like 30 seconds. That makes it way easier to plan out all our resources properly.

It would be helpful to have an overview of all projects happening within the whole company.

I really like how easy the app is to use and the way it shows the whole process visually makes even a complicated construction schedule clear for everyone , whether you're on the site or not.

I really wish there was a multi-project view and it would be great to have planning phases included for before and after construction too.

It's honestly such a simple and affordable tool and it's the first time I've seen software that lets us manage a construction site based on real data. It's also great that everyone on the project can be involved without any issue.

From my experience, you kind of need a team that already knows about cycle planning and control to get the most out of this software. If you don't have that knowledge, it can be tough to get it working well in your project.

What I love most is how many different ways you can use it. The licensing setup is also a huge plus! The project based license gives my coworkers more flexibility with the tool which makes it easier to get approval to use it for our projects.

The PDF exports could definitely be clearer. Especially when it comes to comparing target vs. actual data alongside the original schedules and it's very limited right now and only possible in a roundabout way. I think there's room for some improvements here.

Managing a project has gotten way simpler, more transparent and easier to follow. If there's a problem, we can spot it fast and it's clear where issues between different trades are happening.

I miss having a construction diary function and also a proper target-actual comparison feature.

I'm a big fan of the drag and drop feature and it just makes everything feel so smooth. Plus, the layout is clear and using the app is convenient.

Right now, you can't assign images to specific units and I think this is something they should add in the future.

The dynamic swimlane setup for lean construction management is honestly a game changer. It just works really well with the way we like to manage projects.

I feel like trying to add too many extra IBPM tools might take away from the software's main strength which is Lean Management.

It's easy to use, the layout is clean and simple and on top of that, the customer support has been amazing.

The only thing I really wish for is a feature to upload plans and link tickets to exact spots on those plans. Other than that, there's nothing really annoying or missing for me.
