“Completely disappointing software experience
Pros
Honestly, I can't find anything positive to say based on my experience.
Cons
The sales team totally misled us about what this software could actually do. They used pushy sales tactics and made promises about features like webhook functionality that just weren't there. We ended up canceling within weeks after realizing none of the core features worked as promised. Now they're trying to charge us fees and even threatening legal action for a product we barely used for two weeks. Our team wasted over $50,000 in time and resources trying to make this broken system work. It's frustrating when a company cares more about quick profits than honest business practices and customer satisfaction.

“Terrible experience with this CRM
Pros
Nothing here that qualifies as a pro really. Customer service was a letdown and just caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. I wouldn't recommend signing any long-term contracts with them. The interface feels outdated like something from the early 2000s and it's not very easy to use.
Cons
It was a complete nightmare for my home improvement business. If you're in this industry, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, there are much better options that won't drive you crazy.

“Excellent Solution!
Pros
The best part about this tool is how it keeps all of our records and communication in one spot. The reporting features are important for our business and save us a ton of time compared to using separate spreadsheets.
Cons
Interface feels a little outdated and could definitely use a more modern design. The mobile app needs improvement too and it's not as good as the desktop version which works really well.

“Outdated system needs major updates
Pros
So far liking how this tool helps us monitor data across all of our customers. The automation features are handy too, especially for setting up lead flows from sources like Angi Leads to platforms like Hatch. It really cuts down on all the manual work we'd otherwise have to deal with in the office.
Cons
Setting up automation is so frustrating and it feels inefficient and mistakes happen way too often especially when you're working with coworkers who aren't as tech-savvy. It's honestly a major headache sometimes. I much prefer how user-friendly Hatch's automation is, plus it actually looks modern. Speaking of which, it feels like it's stuck in the early 2000s and hasn't evolved with the times at all.

It responds really fast when I'm searching for information or running queries so i don't have to wait at all when i need quick access to information
Cons
The search function for finding clients definitely needs some work. Even when I give it all the details, sometimes the results just don't show up.

“Runs Well on Desktop, Mobile optimization needs work
Pros
I like how I can group accounts by different parameters right in the mobile app. The desktop version is great too and it let's me set follow-up dates for finished projects so they automatically pop back up when needed.
Cons
The mobile app is outdated and hard to use which is really frustrating when I need to access information on the go.
