Pros

Using it online is pretty simple although it's not nearly as user-friendly when used in person.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that the pretrip tends to have connection issues.

awesome team and clear workflow

Pros

Using this tool makes it very clear what needs to be done and it's simple to work with. More than anything, the team behind it has been absolutely fantastic.

Cons

We haven't run into any issues yet. And even if something does come up the team is quick to develop a solution.

Site tracking saves hours

Pros

Instead of spending hours walking the site to figure out what has or hasn't been installed, we now just rely on Matrak. My team updates their completed work at the end of each day and that has saved me a huge amount of time. The client can see it too which saves them time as well. On top of that, our monthly progress claims no longer turn into disputes because the proof of work is all there in Matrak.

Cons

It's become pretty simple to use which is a big plus for us tradies.

Better visibility in drawings

Pros

Having the integration directly inside our drawings made a big difference because it gave us a clear overall picture of the progress being made.

Cons

One frustrating part was that when we renamed group categories, anything under the previous name disappeared and had to be categorized again manually.

handy panel selection, slow loading

Pros

Being able to view the floor plan and choose the exact panel I need is really helpful especially when I'm standing on the floor and need to make a quick selection.

Cons

Sometimes the software takes far too long to load, whether it's opening the floor plan, showing panel details or even capturing photos.

better version control and coordination

Pros

Keeping track of versions is much more manageable, communication is more organized and overall organisation is better.

Cons

The tricky part is how well it integrates with the programs we already use to handle supply management.
