It is simple to set up appointments but that's all.

Honestly, the software is pretty buggy. It crashes out of nowhere all the time and it's so frustrating because you'll lose whatever you were working on. It just makes it hard to get anything done.

The drop-down lists for each part of the form are super helpful and I love that I can reuse old reports to save time.

I'm not a fan of some of the restrictions in the selection lists. There are times when the choice I need just isn't there.

The whole system is simple to operate and find your way around. Monitoring specimens and pulling up their details while I'm out of the office is no trouble and I can keep an eye on several different jobs simultaneously.

Getting started required some patience. I had to get familiar with a lot of different tools and sections. After I understood the program, it became simple to operate.

It's great when it's running properly. Sending in my finished reports is a quick process.

The appointment calendar lets our field staff know about new assignments instantly and makes sharing the list of pending jobs much smoother. The way it handles reports is also excellent, with forms you can adjust for different kinds of checks.

The program doesn't work very well on phones. A better mobile version would really help us get more done during our on-site visits.

It's perfect for everyday use. Finishing up my documentation is now much faster. I also love that I can duplicate old exams or summaries which saves me from typing out the same phrases and details again.

The way it manages documentation and the fact I can approve things on my own schedule, is perfect. I have no issues with it.

The phone version needs a lot of work. I'll keep using the computer program most of the time.

There isn't a phone app. Creating one for technicians on the go would make it much more practical for working remotely.

For the brief periods it functions, it's acceptable but that's only about 30% of the time. The rest of the time, it's slow, full of glitches and completely infuriating.

The program locks up for no reason. You have to type everything in again after it fails and boots back up. You can only add a small number of pictures before it starts to lag or completely stops working.
