“Flawless integration w/ Sage 100 i!
Pros
What sold us was how it integrates time tracking and cost codes directly into our Sage 100 system. It works flawlessly with our payroll and HR and we can pull really detailed reports on both employee and equipment time.
Cons
If you need a custom report, there's an extra fee for that.

“good admin tool
Pros
It's so easy to make big updates, do bulk approvals or deletions and have multiple people approving things at the same time.
Cons
I wish the mobile app let us finish and submit timecards. It would be great to have a simple swipe feature for field crews to clock in and out for the day and for their meal breaks.

Pros
The flexibility is key for us. We can use the mobile app for solo workers and set up a biometric clock for spots where a whole crew is working.
Cons
We've had some trouble with the remote syncing before but the support team has always been quick to jump in and fix it.

Pros
Customer service is top-notch!! they're always quick to respond and very helpful.
Cons
I know I haven't had full training on everything so I'm sure I'm not using it to its full potential. There's probably a lot more it can do.
