I find it so simple and easy to use. Perfect for a team that doesn't have a technical background.

Cons

The pricing is pretty decent but I always worry that we might be on the wrong plan or missing out on something better in the next tier. FOMO is real!

Customer service is hard to reach. Had to wait for an hour just to get in touch. The subscription cancellation process isn't fair to customers. They advised us to give notice before canceling and the subscription cost keeps rising every year with fewer benefits for long term customers.
