Pros
The team is fantastic. Always eager to hear feedback and make improvements. New versions with enhanced features are released almost weekly now. Simple for our team to use, implementation took some time but was absolutely worth it. It has cut our admin workload by over 60%. Improved efficiencies in nearly all areas of our business. Increased profitability by 15% within four weeks of full implementation. Honestly can't fault this system. Really excited to see what developments are coming in the next few months.
Cons
I don't really have any negative feedback, it's excellent value for money. Take the time to implement the system properly, make sure you're on the right package, and if you need extra support, pay for it. It will pay off in a very short period.

“Quote process and management has been greatly improved”
Pros
The ease of creating quotes, the ability to form groups, and the feature to automatically communicate with customers via text message.
Cons
I'm not able to save PDF brochures to groups or add clickable links to items (like links to more info on the products). Also, I can't send quotes to multiple email addresses at once, which sometimes means we can't send the quote to both the client and the main contractor.

Cons
As a new platform, there are still some forms I'd like to have as standard. However, it's easy to attach documents to a file if necessary.

Pros
The system initially seemed to be designed for sole traders, mainly plumbers, which wasn't ideal for us until manager and his team engaged with us to tweak the product for our Vehicle Charging Energy application. No one else offered the flexibility.
Cons
Initially, it was very trade-specific and not really suited to a company with separate departments. This has changed. The support team have been incredibly helpful over the past year, adapting processes to make it work for us.

Pros
I like how I can create options for quotes. It means I can give customers optional extras to help upsell and do fewer quote amendments since people can just untick something if they don't want it instead of requesting changes repeatedly.
Cons
Getting my head around how all the quotes work was initially difficult, but the team were always available to help. It's best to just dive in and start learning.

All of it really, but the quoting tool sets us apart from our competition. Customer feedback has been amazing on it. Plus, the simplicity of using all the other daily aspects like invoicing and boiler service records.

“Fantastic software”
Pros
I love that I can create a quote or invoice quickly. Once an invoice is sent, it integrates with Xero, where my invoices and VAT get automatically inputted for my accountant's easy access. Offering 0% finance is a game changer in my business; that's the route many customers prefer these days, so it's a great feature.
Cons
There's nothing I dislike about Payaca, but the only thing missing for me is a customer satisfaction note to sign at the end of a job.

I found the interactive quotes to be the best feature for me. They save time as you can offer multiple options on the first quote for the customer. Also, the fact it works to take deposits is fantastic!
