“Designed for craftsmen's needs

Pros

I find the functions easy to use and everything's laid out really clearly. Things like time tracking and measurements work exactly how I'd expect them to. It just does what a proper program should do without overcomplicating things.

Cons

Right now, I can't include times directly in the invoice which would be really helpful. Also, I'd like to see full material lists with prices included in there too.

“Very simple to use, cuts down work hours

Pros

After a bit of getting used to it, I was totally comfortable with the software. It's really easy to learn. What I really like is that it doesn't matter what kind of computer I'm using or where I am and it just works. The team behind it is young and really motivated. They're always working on new features and improvements and whenever I've had a question, they were quick to help out.

Cons

So far, I've got nothing to complain about.

What I really like is how easy it is to use. Plus, I can jump between my tablet, desktop or phone and it all works smoothly.

Cons

I'm really looking forward to proper time tracking. I think that should be pushed up the priority list a bit.

I love that I can take what's happening on the construction site and turn it into an invoice at the office in just two minutes. No complicated steps or running around, it just works fast.

Cons

The only issue I've run into is that there are still some areas in Germany with no network coverage. In those places, I always have to save images to my phone which can be a issue.

“Smooth tool to get started

Pros

Compared to other, more expensive programs, this one just makes more sense for us. Those other tools are packed with features but most of them we don't even use and honestly, they just make everything feel more complicated. We'd rather outsource that stuff, save time and money and focus more on our customers. This software lets us do exactly that.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any downsides so far.

It's very simple to use and I can access it from anywhere. That kind of flexibility just makes life easier.

I made the switch from my old office software to Plancraft and I'm really happy I did. It's been great.

Pros

The software is clear and really easy to get the hang of! I love how I can just copy parts from one document to another, throw in some photos, or even check out older documents whenever I need. It just speeds everything up a lot.

Maybe I just haven't figured it out yet but I'd love it if I could save a standard pricing setup for materials. Right now, I have to manually enter prices for each product and that takes up a lot of time.

Honestly, this is the easiest tradesman software I've ever used. Everything makes sense, it's very interactive and runs really smoothly. I can even work from anywhere now, even write up quotes right on site. That's a game changer for me especially when I'm handling repeat jobs. My customers get their quotes just minutes after I leave, complete with all the measurements! the support is absolutely top-notch. The guys are very helpful, quick to respond and really know their stuff, even with the small things. They keep rolling out updates that make the whole thing better every single week. Big thumbs up, this is how tradesman software should be. Greetings from way up north!

Sure, there are still a few things in It that could be improved. But honestly, it doesn't bother me because the team is clearly on top of it and they're always working hard and updating things. So I know it's only going to get better.

“Effortless Project Management with PMV's Mobile App

Pros

It's great for project based work and I can see everything at a glance. The mobile app is something I use every day now. Time tracking, customer info like phone numbers and addresses even directions and it's all just a tap away. I can upload pictures, documents and notes while I'm still on-site. The whole thing runs fast and feels smooth. Setting up my main data was really simple too.

Cons

Everything's been working perfectly for us. We haven't come across anything negative.

What's awesome is that I can use it online from anywhere. It's easy to use and the team keeps adding new features and making it better all the time.

I think the calculation part still needs more work. Also, I'd really like to see item master data and the option to import Datanorm files added.
