“Clear & Simple Interface

Pros

I find the operation very easy, the interface is clear and simple, so our team was able to start working productively with it very quickly.

Cons

Since the software is only cloud-based, it would be very useful if we had the option for local storage or hosting it on our own servers.

I value the good notification documentation, version tracking and the fact that user integration is so simple. It really supports smooth collaboration.

On the user interface, highlighted markings are far too faint. When something like a filename needs to be marked for search, it's difficult to see clearly, which slows down work.

I like how easily the integration works because it saves me plenty of time during setup and lets me concentrate on using the software instead of getting stuck with technical complications.

I think email sending can only be done from one document group at a time, so sending plans and documents together isn't possible, which limits efficiency.

Planfred feels very user-friendly to me, with features that are clear without being confusing. It's easy for external users to adopt and I find the pricing fair since it's tied to storage volume rather than the number of users.

Cons

Plans and documents remain on the server even after being disabled. It would make sense to allow larger files like IFC to be stored and shared, though that quickly consumes available space. I also find administrative deletion important, such as removing outdated project files or earlier planning stages like drafts or approvals.

“Simple Plan Management

Pros

For me, organizing and storing plans has become much more easy. Sending them is simple and with just a single click I can trace everything, leaving no room for contractors to claim they never received documents.

Cons

For me, contacts cannot be imported automatically through interfaces, which would help reduce office workload.
