Pros
What I really like is that anyone whether it's a contractor or an employee, can just download the app and start using it without paying anything. It's very handy for me because I can put together proposals and contracts really easily, without needing to jump through hoops.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that you can't upload PDFs or project plans. It'd be way easier if that was an option.

“Top app for managing my construction biz”
Pros
The price is totally reasonable and honestly, I'm really impressed with how fast they respond when I suggest a new feature. It feels like they actually listen and care about making improvements which you don't see often.
Cons
Sometimes the stuff that's supposed to auto-fill or sync from my phone like contacts or saved info for estimates and invoices, doesn't actually work right. It can be annoying when it doesn't merge like it should.
