“Seriously changed the game

Pros

This software has honestly given me way more free time. It lets me step back and actually see what's going on with my business finances and operations from the outside which is huge. Before, my days were just chaos, running around trying to get everything done. Now, I've got a solid, time-blocked schedule and I feel way less stressed because I know stuff is getting handled the right way. It's made a big difference in my mindset.

Cons

Honestly, the only downside I can think of with this product and the team behind it is... I just wish it had come out sooner. It's been that good for me.

“Reliable and useful software

Pros

What I really like is how I can keep all my jobs, clients and vendors organized in one place. It's so much easier to manage everything without having to jump around between different tools or spreadsheets.

Cons

The timeline tool is useful but I feel like it could have a few more features. That said, I know they're working on improving it, so I'm hopeful.

“Tailored for my business

Pros

One thing I appreciate is that this software was built specifically for my kind of business. It's not some generic tool and it actually fits what I do which makes it way more useful day to day.

Cons

I really wish the Gantt chart was connected to the line item reporting. That integration would make things way smoother for me.

“Support and software that changed everything

Pros

The way it runs jobs feels exactly like how contractors actually run jobs. You can tell it was made by people who know the contracting world inside and out. It didn't take me long to figure out how to use it because it's pretty interactive. Plus, they offer a ton of one-on-one training and support when you're just starting out. I'm not naturally great at staying organized but it keeps me on track so I don't wake up stressing about things I forgot to do. It's been a game-changer for me.

Cons

Not much to complain about but here's one thing: if you try to upload a bunch of photos at once like I was doing around 90 and you lose cell signal on your phone during the upload, the photos that didn't finish don't upload. It only happened once but it was kind of annoying to have to upload those photos all over again.
