“Keeping projects on track

Pros

I really like how easy it is to set up each project with different specs. Plus, the customer support is way better than what I've seen from other software providers. They actually seem to care and help you out when you need it.

Cons

For what our business needs, PV Manager has covered everything perfectly.

“Simplify construction projects and suppliers

Pros

What really impressed me was how smoothly the app works with material suppliers. Project Vector gave suppliers their own portal where they can update stock, send quotes and manage deliveries. It made buying stuff so much easier and cut down on mix-ups and delays. Working with suppliers has honestly never been this smooth.

Cons

The mobile version works okay and lets me get important stuff done when I'm on the go but sometimes it's slow or lags especially with big files or complicated projects. If they could make the mobile experience smoother, that would be awesome and really help keep things moving no matter what device I'm using.

“Easy, clear, fast, affordable, great support

Pros

It's super easy to use. The layout is really clear, so I can find what I need without any issue. It's pretty digital too which helps me get tasks like progress claims done quickly. Compared to other tools out there, it's a great deal price-wise. And their support team is always around and ready to help which is awesome.

Cons

It doesn't have a proper mobile app, just a PWA which honestly isn't as good. The document control isn't perfect either but it does the job alright.

Pros

What I really like about this product is how user-friendly it is and it's flexible enough to fit what we need. We don't have to juggle other tools for managing projects, costs and documents because everything's right here in one spot! And honestly, the support from Project Vector is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend it.

“Amazing support team

Pros

It helped our construction company get organized because it fits well with our existing systems. The support has been good too. Overall, the system works really well for us.

Cons

There were a few rare moments when I couldn't log in but the support team fixed it quickly each time, so it wasn't a big deal.

It's great for handling claims, accounts, site diaries and QSE forms. Makes keeping track of all that stuff way easier.

“Easy document search but tricky uploads and admin edits

Pros

Finding any document I need in PVManager is very easy. Saves me a lot of time.

Cons

Uploading documents can be tricky. If you don't follow the revision order exactly, all the teams might get bombarded with 50+ confirmation emails which gets annoying. Also, some parts of editing account info need admin approval which slows things down sometimes.

“Clean interface, needs better file control

Pros

I like the interface. it's simple, clean and looks nice. Nothing complicated or overwhelming.

Cons

It'd be great if there was more freedom to name files or revisions when uploading a bunch of files at once. Also, it'd help if anyone on the team, not just the uploader, could move or delete files. An archive system would be super useful, where old files get moved to a dated folder automatically. Plus, it'd be nice if people other than admins could create new folders.

It's really user-friendly and easy for subcontractors to pick up and use without any issues.

Cons

I can't manage subcontractors just from my login which is annoying but it's a minor thing and doesn't really mess with how I use the software.

I appreciate how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with other apps we use. Makes everything flow better.

Cons

They still don't have a real mobile app, just that PWA version which is a bummer.
