“Top choice for construction project management

From planning tasks to estimating costs and tracking jobs, It is the go-to app for smooth project management. It makes everything so much easier!

Cons

I haven't found any cons so far with using this software. It's been pretty solid for me.

“Simplifies keeping track of projects

Pros

It's user friendly and helps me centralize all the information. I use it to create descriptions, monitor the site and it's practical for generating reports.

Cons

Changing schedules is harder on the app compared to the computer. It would be awesome to have the ability to track invoices, too.

“A complete and ever-updating application

Pros

Budget management is very easy with the customizable library. It's very visual and efficient for planning. Plus, you've always got a direct line to clients and companies with the comment thread. I can also create a quick and complete visit report with control points per work, either pointing on the plan or in photos.

Cons

There's no management of files and sub-files for projects yet (it's under development) and you can't create your own CCTP. But they're working on it.

“Great for team collaboration & monitoring

Pros

What I appreciate about this app is how easy it is to use and how I can involve everyone with the news feed. It keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons

I'd love for the client to have access to budget tracking. Also, it would be great to push the planning tool a bit further so we can integrate more conditions into the task sequence.

“Managing work, estimates and quotes all in one

Pros

I love how fast and easy it is to create a description or estimate (or quote) for work with Rea. And the best part? You can modify it just as easily. The personal library of materials, equipment and tasks helps automate things even more, making it a more valuable database.

Cons

It's more focused on task management than site reporting. You can make reports, especially for simpler sites especially with the latest updates (like adding indications on plans). But it's still in development to become a complete tool! The planning tool is a great plus, though.

“Can't imagine working without this app

Pros

The ease of use in the Rea app is a huge plus for me. To import construction site photos, I just drag them onto the photo box, no resizing needed. Exporting documents to PDF and sharing them is done in a single click which saves so much time. I don't even need to create an email with attachments. Also, modifying the schedule is simple.

Cons

One feature I'd love to see more development on is document customization. It's being worked on and I'm really looking forward to it.

“Definitely a fan of Rea

Pros

I like the interface and ergonomics of Rea. It combines so many functions into one app. Unlike other spreadsheet software, I don't feel like I'm working hard with it. The preset presentations for printing are a big time-saver and make everything so much easier to read.

Cons

Some features are still in development but once they're finished, I think the app will be even more efficient.

“Instant updates and smooth communication

Pros

I get immediate information relayed to everyone involved and I can interact with them easily. It's such a smooth communication process.

Cons

There's no option to add videos and I can't create reports or minutes of site meetings with the stakeholders. It's something I'd like to see added.

“A must have piece of software

I like that I can customize the tool based on my specialty. It's such a great feature!

Cons

When inviting our customers, I was wondering if we could personalize the invitation email? That would be a nice touch.

“Awesome tool for interior designers

Pros

This app keeps improving and is perfect for interior design. It saves me so much time when I'm working on site reports.

Cons

Sometimes, I get minor bugs like a blank page or the app crashes but I just refresh the page and everything's fine again.
