“Good company to work with
Pros
Many companies we work with are already familiar with the terminology and features owing to the long time use of this software in the construction industry making communication much easier and smoother.
Cons
Some of the features can be buggy or outdated and at times they don't work as smoothly as I'd like. It would be great if the expense feature was expanded to handle company issued cards for employees so they don't need reimbursements for those transactions.

“Everything about it is simple
Pros
I appreciate how simple everything is. The terms and layout are great. It's very easy to use and super userfriendly. I especially love the set rate feature when creating or editing an employee. It makes figuring out actual costs so much easier.
Cons
My biggest issue is the bugs that pop up in the system. Also there are parts of the app we don't really need and I wish there was an option to disable them but I understand if that's not possible.

“Remarkable support care team
Pros
It has been crucial for managing our multiple projects. It lets us start jobs from scratch and keep everything organized in one place. If I ever run into issues, I can get help immediately via chat. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to talk to someone. The customer service is excellent which makes dealing with any issues much easier, knowing there's always someone there to assist.
Cons
Since it is still growing, some of these issues might get fixed over time. What frustrates me the most is the lack of a portal where subcontractors can log in to check out POs. The clients also don't have access to any portal to see schedules, open RFIs, Submittals, etc. This makes everything a manual process which is quite time consuming.

“Serves us well but could be improve
Pros
Contract and change order management are well organized and I find there customer support to be very helpful and friendly.
Cons
I wish there was a way to use the same email address for different contacts within different entities. The messaging feature doesn't help much because most companies won't change their settings. There should also be a way to create a second or third estimate without replacing the original one. Almost everything else in RedTeam gets replaced but not overwritten. It's frustrating that you can't delete or cancel a finalized subcontract agreement. There's also a lot to learn that's not covered in the training. Plus, anything sent from RedTeam like progress reports or proposals comes as a link and those links often get sent to spam folder.

“Helps manage your team
Pros
The software is not hard to use since it covers a wide range of features. It's also great for managing bills and the support team is top notch, which is one reason I continue using this platform. The learning feature also helps me quickly get my team members up to speed.
Cons
There are some missing features that other softwares have. The interface can sometimes be tricky to deal with and the mobile version still needs updates to improve its features.

“Everything is organized and clear
Pros
I love how easy this is to use. Everything is organized and clear, moving about is simple and downloads are quick.
Cons
I'm not a fan of how the updates are displayed on the platform. Not very convenient and it requires the more effort compared to other platforms.

“Covers all bases!
Pros
This software includes nearly every feature necessary for the construction process so there's no need for extra tools or software. Its our go to solution.
Cons
Not the easiest to get the hang of. Even though I've been using this software for over two years, I still find myself struggling to find certain features every now and then.

“Amazing Project Management Software
Pros
What stands out for me is how it keeps track of any project at any given moment. The mobile app makes it super easy to capture photos and create reports about issues, milestones or even mark a project as complete.
Cons
What bothered me the most about this software is that there's no tier pricing. Since we're a small business, there are plenty of features we don't need so it would have been great if there was a more basic or simplified version.

“Convenient Invoices but Project Changes are Tough
Pros
I like being able to enter invoices easily. It's also great to uncommit things whenever necessary. And having chat support is a bonus though it's not always available.
Cons
Once you create a project, you can't really make any changes. Most things can't be deleted and you just have to mark them as inactive and start over.

“Effective platform for Project Management
Pros
Its easy to learn and works well on most mobile interfaces. This makes communication with everyone involved in the project so much easier. Plus its cost effective which is a huge plus for smaller businesses to take advantage of this tool.
Cons
Few features haven't been fully developed yet and it shows in the difficulty of using things like the submittal process. A couple of other parts need fixing before they can actually be used effectively.

“Too Complicated, Waste of money
Pros
I don't have anything positive to write down here.
Cons
Its complicated to use and theres no local support. The only training available is video based and the subs are not always responsive. Its definitely not suited for people who aren't tech savvy.

“Great All-in-One Platform
Pros
This software is a one stop solution for project correspondence, covering customers, accounting, subcontractors and suppliers. The userfriendly interface and the professional templates stand out. There are also role specific training materials available. Plus, it's really easy to reach out for help through the chat feature. The software was created in Orlando which is where we're based too.
Cons
We are unable to integrate it with our accounting software QuickBooks Desktop but it can work with online versions.

“We are happy with our decision
Pros
It's really easy to access especially since we manage several projects in different states. Our project managers can access the system no matter where they are. The dashboard is awesome too and it shows you what has been added to each job by someone else.
Cons
The way some of the information is organized is hard to get to. The filters are way too specific. Also its really pricey for what it offers.

“Easy Subcontractor Management But Small Print and Slow Submitting Problem
Pros
Managing subcontractors and change orders is easy, but the print font is too small. My subcontractors often complain that it's hard to read contracts, change orders, and purchase orders after scanning and saving them.
Cons
The submittal process is slow and complicated. It takes six steps just to submit one, which makes it very time-consuming. If I make a mistake, I have to start over. The tracking system is also confusing, revised submittals should be marked more clearly, and old ones should disappear. I also shouldn't need to download and print submittals just to share them with subcontractors. It would be better if the reference numbers matched project cost codes. Right now, the process is frustrating and forces my subs to work outside the system.
