“Great support, mobile-light, but user adoption struggles”
Pros
The support is outstanding. They even adapt new features when needed, and they do it in record time. They're very cooperative. Plus, the lightweight platform works really well on mobile.
Cons
Since it's designed to be really simple, a lot of the users are pretty basic in their approach. It's been harder to get everyone on the same page and there are always gaps in the methodology because people tend to use their own records and communication methods instead of sticking to the system. I've even seen older engineers ask their younger assistants to access the system for them out of fear which causes a lot of file-sharing problems and breakdowns in communication. This is a common issue with many systems like this and honestly, it's something that can't really be fixed by tech support, no matter how proactive they try to be.

“Love the overlay feature for comparing drawings”
Pros
I love the overlay and toggle feature that shows the new versus old drawing sheets. It's a great addition.
Cons
Some of the plans are missing the "plan name" field, so we can't sort them by name which is frustrating.

Pros
It saves so much time when checking drawings. It also generates reports and provides substantiation for the changes which is perfect for submitting to clients.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything I dislike at the moment. Everything's been quick and easy, just like the review says.

“Great for tracking revisions, though alignment can be slightly off”
Pros
The ability to track changes from one revision to another is such a great tool. Sometimes the architect forgets to highlight a change but with this software, you can easily spot any changes.
Cons
Sometimes, the alignment between changes is a little off but with the different colors used for changes, it's easy enough to review.
