“an excellent all in one management platform”
Pros
Sitebook is an excellent all in one management platform built for construction. It combines so many tools we used to need separate software for allowing us to consolidate everything into one system and cancel several other subscriptions.
Cons
This is not a complaint, just a suggestion from my side. To really get the most out of it, some training is helpful. As it is like any new business software, the more you use it, the more valuable it becomes and ultimately, it saves you a significant amount of time.

“very good support and user-friendly features”
Pros
The support team is very good at responding to requests and implementing improvements quickly. The platform itself is user friendly, so our team can use it with very little training. Plus it offers a broad set of features that work together perfectly across all areas of our business, from safety and scheduling to inspections and document management. And having everything in a single location helps our team find what they need without any hassle.
Cons
Scheduling across multiple jobs at once has been difficult. And we'd love to use the platform for forecasting but we cannot do that reliably with the current data. But the good news is that the team is developing new features to enable this.

“Flexible and communicative supportive staff”
Pros
Some features that really stand out to me are its flexibility to match our company's workflow, the ability to log and alert staff about issues and the communicative, supportive staff. The app is also very easy to use.
Cons
I am not entirely sure what to list here. As with any software, there is always room for improvement. But yes we have had some trouble with the automatic site attendance feature as it does not work consistently and it would be very helpful if it did.

“exceptionally efficient for estimating and management”
Pros
SiteBook program is exceptionally efficient for both estimating and on-site management. I also love that it's constantly evolving with unique updates.
Cons
The document storage system could be better. For instance I am not certain if the program keeps an archive of old versions when documents are revised within a job folder.

“Great commitment to builder-focused development”
Pros
I really like their commitment to developing the software with builders needs as the top priority. Plus the Bill of Quantities feature is already great and keeps improving every week. And moving packages into it will make it even more powerful.
Cons
There are minor issues like inactive contacts still appearing in dropdown lists. I also believe builders should have more control over their own contact lists so that changes only affect their specific account and not others.

Pros
The finance tools in Sitebook allow for precise job cost tracking making it simple to monitor project variations and provisional sums. I can also pull up every invoice for a job instantly.
Cons
I cannot think of any drawbacks. The platform keeps improving with every update. I am particularly excited to start using the new client portal and the upgraded estimating tools.

Pros
My experience with Sitebook has been amazing from the start. Customer support team has been incredibly supportive too and is literally just a phone call away, which made switching to the system a very smooth and easy process.
Cons
Some processes could require fewer clicks but overall the system is quite user-friendly. Also I am confident it will feel even more easy as I spend more time with it.

Our team and subcontractors find it very simple and easy to use. The constant flow of new features and updates is also impressive and the personalized support from a highly knowledgeable team is always available.
Cons
I don't have anything I particularly dislike. Whenever we have had a minor problem or concern, the team have resolved it incredibly quickly. I mean nothing ever stays an issue for long.

“Perfect for on-the-go government subcontracting”
Pros
Our company has used Sitebook for about seven years. Having both a PC and mobile app fits perfectly with our on the go work style. As a government subcontractor, safety and quality are very important for us and it gives us that. Plus the ability to record data and photos, create various reports and instantly share them with clients has streamlined what used to be a burdensome process, helping us meet our obligations professionally and efficiently. And this only scratches the surface of what this tool can do.
Cons
To be honest I cannot find anything to criticize. It works with their clients in a very consultative and personal way. Plus they always find a solution for our needs whether through custom development, existing add-ons or one on one training.

“simple to navigate and very practical on-site”
Pros
SiteBook interface is simple to navigate and adjust as needed. It is also a very practical tool for our tradespeople to use directly on site.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. If any small problems come up, the help line is always available. And occasionally our tradespeople create duplicate logins but thats an easy fix.
