I appreciate knowing my clients will definitely get their files. Gives me peace of mind and makes the whole process easier.

The back button is frustrating as it always sends me to the home screen instead of the previous folder I was in.

The features and flexibility are impressive plus features are easy accessible. Mobile and office access work really well together. Drawing integration is powerful. Makes tracking issues across different projects much easier. Managing tasks and documents is not a problem. Leaving comments on project progress is simple and I can add image files when creating reports.

Nothing major. I'm happy with how well this performs and the quality of what it produces. Everything makes sense.

Quick search features work really well for me. Everything feels nicely structured.

Can't bring back items once they're processed which is frustrating when you make mistakes.

Creating organized folders is so easy and sharing files with clients, colleagues and consultants couldn't be simpler. I can view all our company's work in one place and quickly find exactly what I'm looking for with the search option.

The only downside I've run into is that files won't automatically override and replace older versions. Would be great if this could be looked into for a potential fix.

Pros

With SkySite I can easily share and coordinate drawings for printing and distribution. It works smoothly on my iPad too.

The hyperlinks are unreliable and only work part of the time. On our 60' smart screen, the display quality looks poor due to low resolution support. I even had to buy Bluebeam separately just to view drawings properly since the built-in viewer isn't adequate. Also, the text boxes for print descriptions feel too cramped to work with effectively.

I find it very user-friendly, and getting everyone onboarded felt effortless. It doesn't take much effort to get started.

The software doesn't fully capture how architects actually work in practice, and it's missing some key industry-specific workflows.

Moving from paper-based processes was a huge game changer for us. Construction drawings change so fast during projects, and handling everything manually was incredibly time-consuming. Since switching to this platform, we've seen a big reduction in field errors, and the whole team stays aligned and informed throughout the project.

The biggest issue I've run into is syncing with iPads, the app kept crashing on me. That said, the support team has been quick and helpful in fixing these problems, which is way better than other companies I've dealt with.

The interface makes it hard to quickly see how many outstanding RFIs and submittals are assigned to me overall. At times, it doesn't feel very user-friendly.

I can quickly send large files using the send file feature, which saves me from having to add people to groups just to share something. The graphics look great, the buttons make sense, and the support team has been really helpful and responsive whenever I reached out.

The indexing feature really needs better documentation or even a redesign. I spent nearly a year not understanding what it was for or why it mattered. Other than that, I can't complain, the program is amazing, and the upload/download speeds plus notifications work great.
