“Basically good tool, but still has some teething problems and a lot of potential for improvement
Pros
Recording the acceptance report with defects assigned in the plan. However, when printed, the plan is very small, making it hard to read and assign to contractors.
Cons
Some steps can be recorded or edited in the app, while others can only be done on the website. It would be a big plus if all entries were possible everywhere. I particularly noticed this with the Baujournal.

“Smino in use in renovations/new buildings
Pros
Small to medium-sized construction sites no longer need paper plans. Always having the most up-to-date plan on-site allows tasks and defects to be worked through cleanly with proof (photo).
Cons
After working with Smino on the first project, I was convinced by the product. I've already recommended Smino.

“Easy replacement, moderate user-friendliness
Pros
Smino is simple to exchange large amounts of documents and data, keeping everything up to date. Simple plot ordering.
Cons
Automatic license assignment within a company would be helpful. Not every user needs a license all the time. For example, a company could have 3 basic licenses automatically assigned to users based on their registration order. If a fourth user registers, they wouldn't receive a license until another user logs out. This would enhance ease of use. Renaming file names after upload is no longer possible, and simplifying rights settings for newly added contacts would be beneficial.

“SMINO: the easy way to receive notifications
Pros
It's an exceptionally easy, clear, and effective tool for receiving reports from construction managers. The simplicity of the design ensures that I can easily access and review the reports without any hassle, making it an excellent choice for managing this aspect of the project.
Cons
I don't see any disadvantages from my perspective.
